The Youth Club (青少年社团) is a signature program at Enlighten Chinese School, organized and run by high school students. Unlike typical interest classes, the core value of the Youth Club lies in providing high school students with a platform for growth and practical experience. Here, high school students are not only knowledge transmitters but also course designers and team leaders. By planning lessons, organizing classes, and interacting with younger students, they develop leadership, communication, time management, responsibility, and other essential skills.

At the same time, the Youth Club allows high school students to experience the fulfillment of “gaining through giving.” By helping younger students explore arts, sports, technology, and academics, they see their efforts translate into others’ growth. This positive feedback greatly enhances their confidence and sense of purpose. Through this “students teaching students” model, the Youth Club has become a vibrant and dynamic force on campus.

For participating students, the Youth Club also provides a wide range of learning and growth opportunities. They can explore different fields such as arts, sports, technology, and academics, broadening their interests and skills. They can make friends in a relaxed and fun classroom environment and strengthen teamwork. They also have the opportunity to learn from high school mentors, gaining guidance and inspiration from role models.

During the 2025–2026 academic year, the Youth Club features ten student-led clubs across arts, sports, technology, and academics. The Spring Session for 2025–2026 is fully enrolled, reflecting strong student interest and the continued vitality of the program.
